David Hammond- Get on the Bus B4 Sunrise

The Phenix City, Alabama native David Hammond “The Teddy Bear of Gospel” is the newcomer to our radio family. David brings a lifetime of experience in the music industry. Born into a musically inclined family he is the son of Cary Hammond and the late Ada Mae  Hammond .He has traveled the globe spreading the gospel through song with David Hammond and the Chosen Disciples.  As a national recording artist, he has impacted the lives of many individuals through his music.

David is a graduate of Russell County School . He is the devoted husband of Tabatha Hammond and they have three sons, Brannon, David Jr. and Tyler.

David is the new radio host of “Get on the Bus B4 Sunrise Radio Show with David Hammond” airing daily on WOKS AM1340 and 94.1 FM.
